Chris oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business. Following a successful B2B sales role in the construction and new homes industry, he joined Dart & Partners in 2007 initially working as a Sales Negotiator. Chris progressed to running the Lettings Office in 2011, achieving growth of over 300% by 2019.
Chris became a Director of the firm in 2013 and following a restructure in 2019, is now the owner and sole Director. Living in Teignmouth, Chris enjoys socialising, traveling, and a busy family life.
Paul is the longest-standing member of the team and manages the sales side of the business. Paul prides himself on providing honest, straightforward advice, and aims to continue listing the very best properties for applicants.
Liesa is an ARLA Propertymark qualified letting agent and manages the busy residential lettings office based in Teignmouth. With meticulous attention to detail, Liesa is an integral member of the Company, applying a focused and methodical approach to everything she does.
Stuart runs the Dawlish sales office and boasts many years of agency experience. Having worked for successful agencies in Torbay and Teignbridge in the past, Stuart is an extremely knowledgable and well-liked agent.
Ben started his career in Estate Agency in 1996 in Exeter and went on to be a successful branch manager for a large Westcountry firm working in Torbay. Ben returned to Dart and Partners in the summer of 2017 focussing on the valuation and marketing of fine and character homes across South Devon.
Louise works out of the Teignmouth office applying a high degree of accuracy and detail to all aspects of her role. She conducts viewings and works closely with her applicants helping to secure them their dream property.
Helen started her working life as a teacher, subsequently pursuing a career in financial services which lead to an opportunity for her to indulge her passion for property and all things Spanish when she secured a position selling high end properties in Marbella and later the La Manga resort. In her spare time, Helen is very interested in sport with her current passion being golf, having been a past captain on La Manga Golf Club. Helen is currently based in our Teignmouth office.
Working out of both of our Dawlish and Teignmouth offices, Caroline has worked in local agency for many years and brings a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market. Happiest when conducting viewings, Caroline loves matching buyers to their perfect property.
Jen is responsible for ensuring clients always receive an excellent level of customer service. She is based in our Teignmouth office and is often the first point of contact for many clients. Jen enjoys fundraising for charity and is a very well-known member of the local community.
Izabela works in our Dawlish office. As well as her full-time role as a Sales Negotiator, she is studying for a postgraduate degree in Real Estate. Having worked through the busy summer market of 2020 Izabela has already obtained a wealth of experience and continues to develop her role and expertise.
Theresa works in our Dawlish office. With a wealth of agency experience including new homes, Theresa deals will all aspects of sales including negotiation, viewings, sales progression, and client management.
Natalie Dunn is an ARLA Propertymark qualified letting agent. She started her career at Dart & Partners in 2009 and has many years of experience in all aspects of Lettings. These days she works mainly in a compliance role whilst still being involved in all areas of the Lettings office. She is very proud that her involvement over the years has helped grow the Lettings side of the business to a sustained position as the leading Letting agent in the area.
Leanna deals with all aspects of residential lettings including administration, tenant referencing, working closely with landlords, and handling the marketing aspects of the lettings department.
Ian is an experienced letting agent and is responsible for conducting viewings, property visits, and providing feedback to clients. He also deals with property maintenance and the considerable administration undertaken by the lettings office.
Eamon is responsible for day to day property management, conducting viewings, property visits, and providing feedback to clients.
Claire is responsible for preparing inventories, check out comparison reports, and also undertakes risk assessments for the lettings office. Claire also undertakes admin duties for the sales offices during busy periods.
Jennie has worked in the industry for many years. Previously a Sales Negotiator, Jennie is now based in the Administration Department at our Teignmouth Office. A keen runner, Jennie is a very well-known and well-liked member of the local community.
John started in estate agency in 1974 and owned and operated Dart & Partners between 1988 until he stepped down in 2016. During his tenure, John grew the Company into the largest and most successful independent agency in the area. Although usually found on the golf course these days, John still works on a consultancy basis passing on his decades of knowledge and industry experience.
