The service from Dart & Partners was second to none. Stuart in particular, kept me up to date with all aspects of the process of selling. He made sure that I knew where we were at and what needed doing. He was particularly good at ensuring that the whole process took as short a time as possible, no mean feat!<br><br>Excellent communication, good support and reasonable fees!

Selling our house was a tough challenge as it wasn't a house for everyone However Rob, Stuart and Caroline were brilliant. They are very easy to chat to and cheerful even though it took some time to get a buyer they were always positive. We mainly dealt with Rob, who was always polite and professional and determined to get us a buyer which he did. Thank you all, we are going to miss you

Great experience selling my property with Dart & Partners Dawlish. The whole team were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble & communication was great. I would highly recommend them.
10 years ago we purchased our home through D&P and was looked after really well by the then team so when my parents died suddenly and we had to out their home on the market we shopped around but still felt that D&P provided the care and attention we wanted. I said recently to Stuart that estate agents have a bad reputation but Rob and Stuart were great, they liaised with the buyers legal team who were incredibly difficult to deal with taking months to get any communication out of them but they gently nudged along in the background and kept me from losing the plot. Highly recommended, they are professional, thoughtful with a genuine warmth and care factor.
The Dart & Partners team have done an amazing job. We now have a sold flat in Dawlish Warren. We had some complexity/time sensitivity in completing the sale as soon as possible. The Dart & Partners team located a buyer within the first week of putting it on the market. They then worked diligently to assist in accelerating the sales process, including buyer and solicitor liaison. First time buyers/home owners. Was dreading the experience of buying a home as had heard so many horror stories. Couldn't of asked for a smoother process however. Dart & Partners were fantastic and so helpful, particularly Rob and Stuart. Couldn't of asked for better!
