I called three agents in to value my mother in laws flat in shaldon Dart and Partners an agent from Newton Abbot that never sells in shaldon and Bradleys who do the first agent from Newton Abbot valued it at 200k he said it was presented beautifully and would fetch top price and would be easy to sell then Ben from Dart and Partners also walked in and said exactly the same then the Bradleys agent came in she said the flat had not gone up in value since we bought it 7 years ago i thought are you kidding me this is Shaldon prices only go up she was quite rude to me said the flat was only worth 120k i told her to leave and then Ben from Darts came to value it he knew so much and had so many contacts in Shaldon and was so pro active he said the presentation made it easy to sell and would take the value up to 200k he worked so hard and was so nice he was more than you could ask for in an agent he really cared and made us feel like we were his top priority so much better than the rude woman from bradleys who made me feel like she thought our property wasnt worth her time I recommend Darts every time and Ben was a joy to work with
